Yolanda M. Deen has a unique career history both as a real estate broker and as an executive in the financial services industry. Named Chicago Home Improvement Person of the Year by the Home Improvement Council of Greater Chicago, Yolanda has extended that interest to real estate representing buyers, sellers, renters and investors. Through her mortgage sources, she advises clients on a wide selection of mortgage products, home financing options including the important advantages of pre-approvals.
When serving as Treasurer of her condominium association located in Streeterville, her hands-on experience in understanding condominium balance sheets, property conditions, service requirements, management issues and real estate legal issues makes her a strong resource in identifying properties that match client needs. Yolanda focuses on properties that bring "real" value to the table.
As a lifelong resident of Chicago's Gold Coast and a member of the Society of Architectural Historians, Yolanda brings knowledge about both classic and contemporary Chicago properties including the work of prominent local architects. Adding to her experience in the home improvement field and interior design, Yolanda offers complimentary consultation for staging apartments and homes at reasonable costs prior to listing a property for sale.
Her Master's Degree in Urban Economics has resulted in her unusual know-how regarding property location, transportation, demographics and city trends as Chicago's residential community grows. Yolanda received her B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics and Marketing and her M.A. from Loyola University in Urban Economics and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker - State of Illinois.
